Microsoft to buy Skype for $ 8.5 Billion With prices
News Microsoft will acquire Skype finally proven true, although few predicted the number of missed payments. The world's largest software vendors had agreed to buy Skype for USD 8.5 billion
Purchases of USD 8.5 billion, this is Microsoft's biggest acquisition in the last three decades. Previously most expensive acquisition occurs when Microsoft purchased a digital marketing company aQuantive in 2007, valued at U.S. $ 6 billion.
Microsoft officially announced the deal in a release to the media. Skype believed annexation would make Microsoft so powerful players in the Internet-based video communication services and voice.
As we quoted from PCWorld, Microsoft said also that Skype will support Microsoft's various product lines like Windows Phone 7, Xbox and Kinect.
Although Skype has the amount of USD 686 million of debt, the deal would be assessed remain profitable for Microsoft. It is believed, Skype will be integrated in Microsoft Live.

Meanwhile, Windows Phone 7.5 Ready Introduced,.
Cell phone users Windows Phone 7 (WP7) update which did not wait for this one. 'Mango' or WP 7.5 that will bring improvements 'Nodo', will be introduced first time on May 24, 2011.
Some additional features such as Bing Audio, Bing Vision, Turn-by-Turn navigation, SMS Dictation and so on.
