Microsoft Surface sued to court
Microsoft Surface sued - Lawsuit on behalf of Microsoft associated its newest product, Surface. Microsoft accused of deceiving consumers about the storage capacity of the tablet.
But how shocked Sokolowski found that when the storage space is full straight after being charged with Microsoft Word documents and music.
Legal issue was launched by the California lawyer named Andrew Sokolowski. He claimsbuy Surface with 32GB of storage last week.
Sokolowski's lawyer filed a lawsuit with accusations ads 'misleading' and unfair business practices. The claim was submitted to the Superior Court in Los Angeles.
Later he found out that the portion of 32GB of storage space has been used by the operating system and installed applications such as Word and Excel. As a result he also only has 16GB of space left.
"Consumers understand that the operating system and pre-installed application is in internal storage devices, thereby reducing the total space," said Microsoft.
