Select Android and iOS, Seesmic Leave BlackBerry

BlackBerry made by Research In Motion (RIM) abandoned one of its developers. He is Seesmic, social networking application developer are quite popular.

"Effective June 30 next, Seesmic will discontinue support for the BlackBerry because it has focused on the development of the more popular mobile platforms: Android, iOS, and Windows Phone 7," wrote Seesmic, in his blog which we quoted from Mobileburn.

In its official statement, Seesmic revealed that it will stop support for the BlackBerry platform. Ironically, Seesmic clearly states that the decision to leave the BlackBerry because want to focus more on working on the Android platform, iOS, and Windows Phone 7.

But certainly a less encouraging news for RIM, which lost one of its allies in providing applications that run on the BlackBerry device.

I do not know what happened, whether Seesmic considers that the BlackBerry does not have a brilliant future for application developers. Or decision simply because the application did not sell well in the realm Seesmic Blackberry.

On the other hand, Allow Microsoft WP7 Tools breaker

Chevron WP7 makers claimed to make this application to provide access to users or developers to be able to smuggle a third party application without complicated by the requirement in the market place Windows Phone 7.

Tools breaker is called ChevronWP7. This application is claimed to be the first tools made by pengoprek to dissect the Windows Phone 7. This application was created by three friends: Rafael Rivera, Long Zheng and Chris Walsh.

"In line with the release of Windows Phone Dev Podcast, we will also release a Windows Phone unlocking service as part of ChevronWP7 Labs. This was immediately available for developers in all countries," wrote Microsoft's message quoted us from PhoneArena.

Now ChevronWP7 development team just got the full blessing of Microsoft. From now on the app developers can freely use to modify the ChevronWP7 Windows Phone, but free of charge. Originally it was for the purpose of application development.

Apparently, Microsoft is actually exploit such loopholes as part of their business. Developer users will ChevronWP7 via PayPal charges a small fee when you want to use the application.
