Similar Lumia 920, HTC 8X Nokia sued Threatened


Mutual accountability actions seem not only a matter of a patent owned by Apple-Samsung alone. Nokia also went along to do the same with HTC dragged to court. The Finnish manufacturer to tackle the circulation HTC 8X.

Nokia settled on a Windows Phone to compete against the iPhone and Android phones row. They again expressed optimism that Windows Phone will be successful and will not turn into another.

"I would not call it cheap Android smartphone. They are half-baked new smartphone. However our phones at very affordable Asha brings smartphone capabilities," he claims.

"Microsoft told us what their plans with Windows Phone 8 and we loved it. Meego require huge investment in terms of resources and time, Microsoft is the better choice," he said.

"In 2010, we studied objectively and carefully best solution. CEO Elop himself watching. We love Microsoft because they are very good at software and had a vision in smartphones, tablets and computers," he explained.

"On Android, we decided to avoid it because Nokia is the leader and we want to lead. We can not be one of the many companies that make Android phones," he added.
